Atari 2600 plus poster

I was asked to design a poster for then then up and coming launch of the Atari 2600+ by both PosterSpy and Plaion. The poster had to be shown as a celebration to the original 2600 and its legacy while showing off the latest incarnation in the form of the 2600+.
For this poster I went down the path of creating an explosion of fun and innovation with using pixel elements of selected games such as Mr. Run and Jump. Breakout and Yar's Revenge while adding more modern takes into the mix to show the new 2600+ as the bright fun and retro.
